Watch: Japanese balloonist inflates his ‘happy face’ balloon at night in Clark

Japan’s Mamoru Endo was one of 14 international balloonists who participated in this month’s 22nd Philippine Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Clark, Pampanga. A champion balloonist from Nagoya, Endo was interviewed by Manila Shimbun TV at the Omni Air Field while he and other balloonists prepared to inflate their balloons for a night time exhibition.
