The Department of Health (DOH) said Tuesday 3,483 new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases were reported, bringing the total to 224,264. Active cases reached 62, 655 of which 91.3 percent were mild, asymptomatic 6.3 percent, critical 1.4 percent and severe 1 percent.
