New COVID-19 cases at 3, 314; total at 164, 474

The Department of Health (DOH) reported 3, 314 new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases on Monday, bringing the total to 164,474. Active cases are 49,034 of which 91.1 percent are mild, asymptomatic 6.5 percent, critical 1.4 percent and severe 1 percent.
