DOH records 862 more COVID-19 cases

The Department of Health reported Sunday additional 862 coronavirus disease cases, bringing the total cases to 18,086. As of 8pm, May 31, the DOH also said that there were 101 recoveries. This brought the total number of recoveries to 3,909.
