Recoveries from the coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19) outpaced deaths for the fourth, the Department of Health (DOH) said Thursday. Recoveries tallied 435 cases after 82 new recoveries were reported while there were 13 deaths, raising the total to 362.
